RETURN POLICY FOR MAXBINA

At MAXBINA, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we are here to help with an easy and transparent return process. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The product must not be on the list of non-returnable items, such as personalized or custom-made items, clearance sales, or gift cards.
  • Any item that is returned without the receipt or proof of purchase will not be eligible for a return.

2. HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you can initiate your return by following these steps:

  • Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items back.
  • Step 3: Package your item securely and ensure it is properly labeled with the return authorization number provided.
  • Step 4: Ship the item back to us at the provided return address. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • Step 5: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return policy criteria and issue your refund or exchange.

3. REFUNDS

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect product.


4. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to availability and must be processed within 30 days of purchase. The process for exchanges is similar to returns—please follow the return instructions above and indicate the item you would like to exchange it for.
